I did a lot of research on the One Child Policy and quite a bit about AGA as well before I came to intern with AGA. I had a lot of fun translating and learning some of these women’s stories. I also enjoyed database entering and giving comments for the website.
The staff were wonderful! They answered any questions I had and helped provide greater insight into the organization and our mission. I enjoyed the atmosphere the most. It’s very family-like and caring. I think that is very important in fostering a good culture for the long term success of the organization.
