When he came to Haizijie to receive Baby Shower Assistance for his granddaughter, Hou Shendi said that although 100 yuan a month seemed small, it was such timely relief for his granddaughter. It not only enabled better nutrition for her but also gave him peace of mind. Another family (pictured) gave a decorative cactus plant as gift. While staff tried to refuse many times to no avail, the said it was home-grown so it didn’t cost any money. They thought they were not cultured, unable to send any message to the person who funded the Baby Shower Project. The plant was a small token of thanks to All Girls Allowed's donors.
