Our Mission

OUR MISSION

The mission of All Girls Allowed is to restore life, value, and dignity to girls and mothers, and to reveal the injustice of China's One-Child Policy.

Since 1980, the implementation of China’s One-Child Policy has led to female gendercide, abandonment of daughters, child trafficking and violations of women’s reproductive rights.  Through education, advocacy, strategic partnerships, and legal defense, All Girls Allowed strives to:

EXPOSE the truth about the One-Child Policy and mobilize the global community to advocate against the cruel methods used to enforce the One-Child Policy.

RESCUE victims of the One-Child Policy through four programs:

  • Ending Gendercide – Educating families against female gendercide and providing monthly stipends that ease the burden of having a baby girl.
  • Educating Abandoned Girls – Providing scholarships for abandoned girls to receive primary, secondary and post-secondary education.
  • Rescuing Trafficked Children – Resourcing parents to find their kidnapped children through an online search database and search & rescue campaigns.
  • Defending Mothers - Providing legal defense to forced abortion victims as well as mothers who are in danger of forced abortion or forced sterilization.

CELEBRATE the work of God in bringing life, value and dignity to girls and mothers.

All Girls Allowed is an initiative of the Jenzabar Foundation, Inc., a registered 501(c)(3) organization.

OUR MOTIVATION

All Girls Allowed is motivated by the love of Jesus Christ, who—by serving the least of us—set us an example that we should do as he has done for us.  We draw inspiration from Jesus’ countercultural concern and affection for women and children, and we hope likewise to restore to them the life, value and dignity that they deserve as fellow image-bearers of God.  The following two Scriptures have been of particular inspiration for our work:

So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them. - Genesis 1:27

Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” -Matthew 19:14

In all that we do, we seek to give God thanksgiving and praise for his work of redemption among his people.  In keeping with Jesus’ example of unconditional love, the All Girls Allowed movement includes and serves all people regardless of nationality, religion, race, ethnicity, gender, or political affiliation.

Our work is only possible through prayer!  If you would like to join our prayer team, please e-mail brian@allgirlsallowed.org.

OUR COMMITMENTS

At All Girls Allowed, we believe we must perform our work with integrity, love and grace.  To that end, we make the following commitments:

  • We commit to use 100% of donated funds for our operational programs in China and none for administrative purposes.
  • We commit to partner with the local church to bring holistic physical, emotional and spiritual transformation in the communities in which we work.
  • We commit, whenever possible, to work in partnership with the Chinese government to end the tragic injustices caused by the One-Child Policy.
  • We commit to work alongside existing organizations that are doing similar work to restore life, value and dignity to girls and mothers in China and around the world.
  • We commit to pursue a wide range of long-term and short-term solutions to the issues of gendercide, infant abandonment, child trafficking and forced abortion.
  • We commit to only publish credible data, research and field reports to support our mission.
  • We commit to the spiritual health and nourishment of all AGA staff, that God would be glorified not only in the fruit of our labor but also in the means by which we accomplish it.

OUR LOGO

The All Girls Allowed logo is a stylized rendition of the Chinese character for girl (or woman):  女.  We added the head and ponytail in order to depict the girl playfully dancing, representing that day when all girls will dance for joy!
